When you request the free guide
We record your email, optional first name, signup source, the date of your request and whether you selected ongoing emails. This information is stored with the website and sent to Klaviyo to manage requested communications. The free guide opens on Canva, which has its own privacy practices.
Ongoing emails are optional
The newsletter checkbox is not preselected. Selecting it requests Conscious Compass welcome information, points education, updates and occasional Playbook offers. Leaving it unchecked does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us. A purchase alone does not subscribe you to marketing.
When you buy the Playbook
Stripe processes payment details. We receive the checkout email, payment and session identifiers, amount, currency and payment/refund or dispute status to grant and manage access. We do not receive your full card number through this website. ChatGPT sign-in provides a verified email and account identifier; the purchase is matched to your account to protect the paid chapters.
Service providers
Sites/OpenAI and its hosting infrastructure operate the website and access database; Klaviyo processes signup information and email communications; Stripe handles checkout. We use these services to provide the guide, purchased access, communications you request and customer support. External card issuers, travel services and Canva have their own notices.
Browser storage and measurement
Your points inventory stays in your browser unless you export it. Clearing browser storage can remove it. Authentication uses necessary session technologies. This website does not currently install advertising pixels or general-purpose analytics. Klaviyo may measure email delivery, opens and clicks according to its account settings. Signup forms use temporary, hashed request-rate records to reduce abuse.
Retention and requests
We retain signup and purchase records while needed to provide the requested services, manage permissions, resolve issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Some payment or suppression records may need to remain. You may stop optional emails without losing purchased Playbook access.
